Our Mission
At Gift of Life Italy of New York, we believe that every child deserves the chance to live a full and healthy life, regardless of where they are born or the circumstances into which they come. Every year, countless children around the world suffer from congenital heart disease and other serious cardiac conditions, not because treatment does not exist, but because access to care does not.
Our mission is to bridge that gap. We provide free, life-saving medical treatment in the United States and internationally to children who would otherwise have no hope of receiving the specialized cardiac care they urgently need. We serve without discrimination — regardless of race, religion, gender, or national origin — guided by compassion, dignity, and the belief that humanity has no borders.
